School Year Registration: Below you will find the 3 STEPS necessary to complete registration.
Please read all instructions carefully.
Step One – Online Registration and Payment of Enrollment Fee
February 17 - Currently enrolled Early Birds and/or Fun Zone families – Click on the link labeled “Early Birds / Fun Zone”. Your online registration time starts at 12:01 AM Monday – 5 PM Monday.
February 18 - Currently enrolled families - Click on the link labeled “Currently Enrolled”. Your online registration time starts at 12:01 AM Tuesday – 5 PM Tuesday.
February 19 - St. George’s Parishioners not currently enrolled - Click on the link labeled “Parishioners”. Your online registration time starts at 12:01 AM Wednesday – 5 PM Wednesday.
February 20 - Siblings of currently enrolled families - Click on the link labeled “Siblings”. Your online registration time starts at 12:01 AM Thursday – 5 PM Thursday.
February 20 – Alumni - Click on the link labeled “Alumni”. Your online registration time starts at 12:01 AM Thursday – 5 PM Thursday.
February 21 - Community at large - Click on the link labeled “Community”. Your online registration time starts at 12:01 AM Friday – 4 PM Friday.
Applications are time stamped and will be processed according to first come, first serve.
Currently enrolled families will have access to pay the enrollment fee online after completing the application.
Families registering between Feb.19-21, will receive a confirmation email, between 9-5 PM, from the school office. If your child is placed, then an enrollment fee invoice will be attached to your email, and due by the end of the business day (6 PM). Once the enrollment fee is paid, your child’s placement for step one is secure.

Step Two – Enrollment Form is Returned and Payment of Last Month’s Tuition Due by May 4, 2020
All families, completing step one, will receive an email from the school with a link to the Enrollment Form and an invoice for the last month’s deposit one week before May 4. The enrollment form and tuition must be returned and paid by May 4.
Information must be complete or paperwork will be returned and your spot is not secure.
Step Three – Remaining Enrollment Paperwork and Payment of Supply Fee Due by July 15, 2020
Medical Report Form and Immunization Records - the Medical Report Form must be signed by your child’s physician. Your child may not start school without a current Medical Report Form and immunization record on file. This applies to both returning & new families.
Confidential Information Form is a valuable piece of information for our teachers to prepare for receiving your child. This collection of information helps teachers plan their environment and connect with your family and child.
Family Handbook Acknowledgment the handbook can be found on our website under parent information.
Discipline and Guidance Policy is an acknowledgement of our guidelines on how we discipline and guide children using positive methods.
Digital Family Photo to be used with our school’s data base system, email to email@example.com.
NEW form - Hold Harmless Agreement for COVID-19
All families, completing step two, will receive an email with a link to all these forms. Once all of the forms are submitted and fees paid your placement at the school is secure.
Please adhere to the registration dates as well as the dates for return of paperwork. All steps in the registration process must be accomplished in order for us to hold a space for your child.
An enrollment fee is due at time of registration. This fee is non-refundable.
If we are unable to place your child, we will place your name on a wait list. There is no cost to be included on the wait list. Should a space become available we will call the wait list. If you are called you have 48 hours to respond and pay the enrollment fee. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will move to the next person on the wait list.
Priority for the waitlist is the same as the Registration Priority under step one, and will be time stamped.
The May tuition deposit will be refunded with 30 days written notice of withdrawal up to February 28th; between March 1 – May 1, 2020 there will be no refund of the May tuition. If it is necessary to withdraw prior to school starting, the May deposit will be refunded with written notice, before July 1, 2020. If withdrawing between July 1 - Aug. 31, the May deposit will be applied to September’s tuition and no refund will be given. If withdrawing between Sept. 1 - Mar. 1, the May deposit is applied to your last month with 30 days written notice.
