Ms. Carla began her career at St. George’s in 2015 as an Assistant Teacher for the Red Room. Her passion for infants and toddlers led her to pursue a Child Care & Development certificate from ACC. As the lead of several classrooms, Ms. Carla refined her skills in room setup, classroom management and developmentally appropriate lesson plans. As a mother of a 10-year-old graduate of St. George’s, Ms. Carla possesses a deep sense of compassion, vital to leading both children and educators. Paired with almost a decade’s worth of experience in ECD, Ms. Carla’s numerous strengths only further embolden her ability to effectively lead a team of educators.
