Open Registration Process

General Information

  • Our registration process is all online!

  • Registration is online and prioritized according to each family's enrollment status, or lack thereof. Current families get early registration priority.

  • Applications are time-stamped and will be processed according to first come, first serve.

  • If you miss your registration day, please call the office for further instructions.

  • If the school is unable to place your child, you will have the option to pay the waitlist fee ($75)

Registration fees and procedures

  • $225 - Current Families: Current Families can pay registration fees online immediately after completing their application.
  • $325 - New Families: Once our office confirms your registration, you will receive an emailed invoice within 24 hrs. Registration fees are due by the end of that business day (5:30 PM).
  • $350 - New Families w/ Infants: Same as above

Three Steps to Enroll

Step 1 – Online Registration and Pay Registration Fee

The day before we invite you to register, you will receive an email invitation with a link to our registration portal. If you have not joined the waitlist, you belong to the Community at Large Group -- in which case, you will not receive an email invitation. Instead please access the link on this page marked Community at Large.

On your registration day, your link is active from 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Order of Registration Priority and Link:

February 17 Current Early Bird and/or Fun Zone Families

February 18 Current School Day Families

February 19 Siblings & St. George's Parishioners

February 20 Current Waitlisted Applicants

February 21 Community at Large

Step 2 - Return Your Enrollment Form and Pay Your Tuition Deposit

After completing Step 1, you will receive an email one week before May 1 with a link to the Enrollment Form and an invoice for a tuition deposit (equal to one month's tuition). Your enrollment form and tuition are due May 1, 2025, along with a parent/guardian picture (selfie).

Information and payment must be complete or paperwork will be returned and your spot is not secure.

Step 3 - Remaining Enrollment Paperwork

After completing step 2, you will receive an email with a link to all remaining forms. Once all forms are submitted, your placement at St. George's is secure!

The following forms are due by July 1, 2025:

Medical Report Forms and Immunization Records. The Medical Report Form must be signed by your child’s physician. Your child may not start school without a current Medical Report Form and immunization record on file. This applies to both returning & new families.

Confidential Information Form. This important information helps teachers plan their environment and connect with your family and child. A photo that allows us to clearly identify each child is also due.

Parent Acknowledgment Forms. Additional forms required for licensing by the State.

  • Water Activity Acknowledgement

Final Step- Pay your Supply Fees by Augus 1, 2025

Infants $325 | Non-Infants $250
