Stevie has worked in childcare for over 12 years, with infants as young as 6 weeks and children up to 13 years old. She was a lead toddler teacher at her previous job.

She believes in a child-led learning environment that allows children to learn at their own pace and enjoys curating a classroom that promotes creative expression through music, art, and imaginative play. There is no one size fits all approach to education, she is intentional with creating activities that are accessible while also meeting the developmental needs of each child.

Outside of child care, she is a big animal lover! She has a colony of snails and two dogs that keep her busy. She also loves road trips and being outdoors, learning new crafts.
